Adding Display Images / Avatars to MSN

• Locate the Avatar / Display Image you require on IconBurst
• Right click on the image, then save picture as.
• Save the file somewhere memorable such as your desktop.
• Open MSN, click on Tools then go to Options at the bottom.
• Click on Personal on the left, then click on Change Picture.
• Browse to where you saved the file on your PC.
• Click on OK then simply click on the picture in the list.
• Now press OK again to exit the options screen. That's it!

Adding Icons / Avatars in Forum Posts

Each piece of forum software such as PHPBB / VBulletin, IBP etc have different methods of setting Avatars / Icons. The guide below explains how to include them in forum posts only.

• Locate the Avatar / Icon you require on IconBurst
• Right click on the image, then select properties.
• Highlight and copy the "Address (URL)" of the image.
• It will look something like:
  http://www.iconburst.com/avatars/girl/crazy.gif
• Enter [IMG][/IMG] in the message box.
• You then need to paste the copied Address (URL) between them tags.
• It will look something like:
  [IMG]http://www.iconburst.com/avatars/girl/crazy.gif[/IMG]
• That's it! Just submit your message and the image your appear!

Adding Icons / Avatars to MySpace

• Locate the Avatar / Icon you require on IconBurst
• Right click on the image, then select properties.
• Highlight and copy the "Address (URL)" of the image.
• It will look something like:
  http://www.iconburst.com/avatars/girl/crazy.gif
• Enter <img src=" "> in the edit profile box.
• You then need to paste the copied Address (URL) between them quotes. (" ")
• It will look something like:
  <img src="http://www.iconburst.com/avatars/girl/crazy.gif">
• That's it! Save your changes and your Avatar/Icon will appear!

Adding Buddy Icons to AOL/AIM

• Locate the Icon / Buddy Icon you require on IconBurst
• Right click on the image, then save picture as.
• Save the file somewhere memorable such as your desktop.
• Open AIM, click on MyAIM then select "Edit Preferences" from the drop down menu.
• Select Expressions
• Browse (PC) to where you saved the file on your PC.
• Click on Open and then exit the window!
• That's it!
